Battle of Nowhere

Battle of Nowhere is a VR shooter by Great Victory Legends Inc. I served as their VR Game Design intern in the summer of 2024. During my time there I created and refined animations, designed and improved levels, and created promotional material for the game which includes the graphic seen on the left.

Boss Animations

I created all the animations for the first boss in Blender. There are 15 animations designed to flow seamlessly into each other. Some edits were made to the rig to ease the animation process. The changes were made to the boss after my depature but my animations are still used as a base.

The Bunker

The Bunker is a prototype for a new lobby in Battle of Nowhere. Here players can buy upgrades, modify their weapons, test guns in the shooting range and select levels. I worked with GVL to design a space that could accommodate these needs and feel like an organic space that matched the tone of the world. This has not been implemented in game yet.

Battle of Nowhere Trailer (August 2024)

The trailer and all of its contents where shot and edited by me. The animated portions were created with ParadoxNotion’s SLATE cutscene tool, gameplay recorded on a Meta Quest 2 and edited in Premiere Pro.
